Course Agreement

In order to take this course, you are required to accept these terms and conditions.

If you cannot accept the T&C's you can apply for a refund of any fees paid.

You agree that;

  1. You will not copy, distribute or share this course with any person or any organisation.
  2. You will not distribute or share your login and password with anyone.
  3. Failure to comply with 1 or 2 will result in disconnection and blocks from future courses.
  4. You can request an invitation for new subscribers.
  5. You understand that this course is not accredited by CASA or RAAus.
  6. You cannot obtain an L1 certification from this course. You must pass the RAAus online exam and be endorsed 'L1' by RAAus.
  7. All the assessments will be your own work.
  8. You are able to provide constructive feedback.
  9. Course material is always subject to change, improvements, additions and updates.
  10. No responsibility what-so-ever is taken by the author of this course for any incidents, loss of life, injury, property loss or damage, financial losses, or for any other loss or losses as a result of a participant training for or becoming an L1 or for carrying out their own aircraft maintenance.  This course is a guide to learning only. The participant assumes his or her own full responsibility for deciding to take on their own aircraft maintenance and for their own self assessment of their ability and skills to do so, legally and properly.
